🔥Mobility drills / joint mobilisation / PNF or other form of stretching will be included.

🔥Sport massage (hands-on / cupping / fascia blades) will be provided for reducing the muscle tension and tightness, aiming to improve severe muscle imbalance conditions / posture correction / pain relief.

🔥Home exercises and dietary guidance also provided to further enhance the training effectiveness.

Do you offer discounted/free trial?

Appreciate for bringing up the idea of trail. Since the fee for 1:1 is charged per session, so I haven’t provide trial during these 7 years.

I’m confidently sure you are capable of conducting 60mins even the first the session, mainly due to the techniques you will encounter are starting from isolated muscle group (eg: lat pull down) to ensure the form is correct.

Because of couple reasons:

The consultation started right the way as we discussing more in-depth with your goals, current fitness level, and more follow-up Q&As here or in another format of phone call.Thanks.

The session charges each time with highest flexibility on booking.

Extra 15 mins (won’t charge) will be provided for posture and movement analysis as the consultation, will be arranged in the first session prior the 1 hr actual session. 

I will get all the tools prepared in the first session, in case sth needed to be treated beforehand, probably the client themselves may not notice.

If Haresh Ahuja want to meet up first, to allow me contact the analysis prior the first session. I would love to do so. Appreciate that so much.

To make sure the first session will go straightly on reaching your training goals. 

We will communicate through texting / phone call to clarify multiple things in the very beginning. 

Then, extra 15mins (that doesn’t included within your actual 1hr session) will be arranged to assess your posture and movement qualities in the first session.

After those, your actual training begins, total an hour. 

The detailed explanation of your short-term training planning and exercise selection etc will be delivered while you’re training, during your short breaks. Lastly, Q&As can be done through WhatsApp before and after sessions at any time. 

Effective communication and time management maximise the effectiveness of every training sessions, even the first session. 

Therefore, during the past 7 years, I don’t have the trail class. 

Another reason mainly because the fee is charged post a single session. There’s no concerns that my efforts and work quality will be influenced / reduced simply charging with packages / pre-payment.

How’s the 1st session be like?

For the precise training program design and exercise selections, it will be completed in the first session.
